PUEBLO BAVARO

It represents an excellent investment opportunity for various reasons: it has a privileged location in the center of Bávaro and Punta Cana, currently considered the most important tourist pole in the country, with the highest visits rate and growth of the Caribbean region and Central America. No other tourist pole has achieved greater level of future American and European investments in Latin America. It has a three million mts2, with more than 400 Mts face to the main highway that conduces to the hotels located aside the coast of our beautiful Bávaro beaches, with a km and a half distance from the Verón crossing; it is two minutes away from the police headquarters, five minutes from the hotels Barceló Bávaro, eight minutes from the Cabeza de Toro resorts, seven to the airport of Punta Cana and less than 10 minutes from our beach area, Juanillo and Punta Cana, near to villas owned byJulio Iglesias and Oscar de la Renta, as well as others that are being built for Shakira, etc.

This new city has three access routes to the main highway, two routes of 16 Mts wide and a central avenue with 20 Mts and four rails. It is the only urbanized zone of the tourist pole that has it’s own aqueduct, sewage system with black water treatment plants, permanent energy, telephone and cable, among other services.
