Guavaberry Golf & Country Club is an upscale gated community, its development has been planned within a 4 million square meter (about 1,000 acres) property. In the first phase of our development, there are 650 lots, mainly individual homesites ranging from 900 to 3,700 square meters (1/4 to 7/8 of an acre). There are also development lots, where apartments and villas are being built for sale. Many of these lots have as their backyard our magnificent Gary Player signature golf course.
